Prevent race condition with ioctl commands A card not signaling busy does not mean it is ready to accept new regular commands. Instead for a command to be done it should not only no longer busy but also return back to TRAN state, at least for commands that eventually transition back to TRAN. Otherwise the next ioctl command may be rejected as the card is still in PROG state after the previous command.
