[PATCHv2,05/28] OMAP: DSS2: Clean up probe for DSS & DSI

Both dss.c and dsi.c had a probe function, which was almost a dummy one,
calling dss_init() and dsi_init().

Remove the init functions by moving the initialization code into probe
functions.
