Subject: [PATCH] OMAP3: PM: Make Smartreflex driver independent of SRF
This removes Smartreflex driver's dependency on SRF layer to get
OPPs for VDD1 and VDD2. Now Smartreflex is usable irrespective of the
underlying PM layer.
