Most PCI sysfs code and structs are in a dedicated file but a few reset related things remain in pci.c. Move also them to pci-sysfs.c and drop pci_dev_reset_method_attr_is_visible() as it is 100% duplicate of pci_dev_reset_attr_is_visible().
