This patch goal is to add a new platform driver called pcie-snpsdev for PCI RC using Synopsys' PCI RC DesignWare Core. This driver will be used extensively because it is going to be the official platform driver of the DesignWare PCI RC IP Prototyping Kit which provides a FPGA containing a DW PCI RC controller and a software development environment.
