[v20,23/46] sg: xarray for fds in device

Commit Message

Douglas Gilbert Sept. 15, 2021, 10:32 p.m. UTC
Add xarray in each sg_device object holding pointers to
children. The children are sg_fd objects, each associated
with an open file descriptor. The xarray replaces a doubly
linked list and its access lock.
