This adds UART and console driver for Nuvoton ma35d1 Soc.
It supports full-duplex communication, FIFO control, and
hardware flow control.

A few stylistic things below, should be easy to address them I think. In 
general, this is in quite good shape already.

These should be split up to:

with some line splitting challenges too you seem to have below.
