[0/6] tools/lib/traceevent: Various changes in libtraceevent APIs

This patch series includes changes, related to transformation of 
traceevent into a library:
 Renamed few libtracevent APIs. 
 Introduced new API: tep_get_ref()
 Added support for pkg-config infrastructure

[backported from Linux kernel tree]
