This patch allows SMC-D to use loopback device. But noted that the implementation here is quiet simple and informal. Loopback device will always be firstly chosen, and fallback happens if loopback communication is impossible. It needs to be discussed how client indicates to peer that multiple SMC-D devices are available and how server picks a suitable one.
