The ethtool-tunable config like Rx copy-break is no longer used for SK-buffers setup. So the ethtool tunable callback since setting/getting the ETHTOOL_RX_COPYBREAK id doesn't really change anything. Just discard the ethtool tunable callback then together with the rx_copybreak private data field. The same concerns the "rx_zeroc_thresh" member of the device private data, but the main user has already been removed in commit 2af6106ae949 ("net: stmmac: Introducing support for Page Pool") and in commit d66e67bd4cc7 ("net: stmmac: Remove unused inline function stmmac_rx_threshold_count").
