Currently allow a port to be part or not of the multicast flooding mask.
By implementing the switchdev calls SWITCHDEV_ATTR_ID_PORT_BRIDGE_FLAGS
and SWITCHDEV_ATTR_ID_PORT_PRE_BRIDGE_FLAGS.
