Parse and print the active and inactive firmware versions from the CMIS
EEPROM dump. Example output:

 # ethtool -m swp23
 Identifier                                : 0x18 (QSFP-DD Double Density 8X Pluggable Transceiver (INF-8628))

 Active firmware version                   : 2.6
 Inactive firmware version                 : 2.7
