Here is the first round of fixes for platform-drivers-x86 for 6.12.

Highlights:
 -  Intel PMC fix for suspend/resume issues on some Sky and Kaby Lake laptops
 -  Intel Diamond Rapids hw-id additions
 -  Documentation and MAINTAINERS fixes
