This check does not trigger in practice as all Linux channel programs are intended to use prefetch. QEMU part to make use of the corresponding kernel patch posted here: https://lore.kernel.org/kvm/20200506212440.31323-1-jrossi@linux.ibm.com/ It is no longer required to force the PFCH flag, but the option is still supported.
