[v1,0/3] Improve FDT and support TPM for LoongArch

This series change FDT base addr and add uart,rtc info into
FDT, Add TPM device for LoongArch virt machine.

Changes for v1: 
1. Change FDT base addr to 2 MiB.
2. Add uart and rtc info into FDT.
3. Add TPM device support.
