[v2,0/3] Improve FDT and support TPM for LoongArch

This series load FDT table into dram memory space
and add uart,rtc info into FDT, Add TPM device for
LoongArch virt machine.

Changes for v2: 
1. Modify the title of the first patch("Change FDT base")
   to "Load FDT table into dram memory space".

Changes for v1: 
1. Change FDT base addr to 2 MiB.
2. Add uart and rtc info into FDT.
3. Add TPM device support.
