[v2,12/22] target/arm/kvm-rme: Populate Realm memory

Collect the images copied into guest RAM into a sorted list, and issue
POPULATE_REALM KVM ioctls once we've created the Realm Descriptor. The
images are part of the Realm Initial Measurement.
