[v3,1/2] automation: Remove XEN_CONFIG_EXPERT leftovers

The EXPERT config option cannot anymore be selected via the environmental
variable XEN_CONFIG_EXPERT. Remove stale references to XEN_CONFIG_EXPERT
from the automation code.
