bss clear cycle requires proper alignment of __bss_start.

ALIGN(PAGE_SIZE) before "*(.bss.page_aligned)" in xen.lds.S
was removed as any contribution to "*(.bss.page_aligned)" have to
specify proper aligntment themselves.
