I have also seen this test hit its time limit on the s390x CI runner. Double the timeout for this test so that it won't hit its timeout even when the host is running more slowly than usual. Laurent is also quite busy with other projects nowadays, so I looked around for help. Changing the order here caused a regression with the "tuxrun" kernels (from https://storage.tuxboot.com/20230331/) - ATA commands fail with a "ata1: lost interrupt (Status 0x58)" message. Apparently we need to wire the interrupt here first before realizing the device, so revert the change to the original behavior.
